Lately, the Universe has been very clear in the messages it has sent me about Space. How important it is to create space and equally important to save space for the future.
Maybe it was my recent knee surgery that unblocked energy that was taking up space, or could it be the space that I’m creating every time I focus on my breath and exhale, or just the realization of space that is energy and how important it is to pay attention to who is occupying that space; physically, mentally and spiritually.
Space and time are really the only constants in this life that have any true value. Think about it, who do we allow in our space, who takes up the space in our mind and in our hearts, who takes up the space and time of our day…the answer to these questions are reflected in the life that we live and the quality of that life.
We may get confused or just oblivious to the concept and importance of space. We may just narrow it down to a few places that hold a special space for us, a home space or a J.O.B. that you go to everyday. While these spaces are very important.. what are some other spaces that come to mind that create the life that is lived..what if those spaces were not there, how would it change the quality of your life…what could that experience look or feel like?
“A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” ~ Albert Einstein.
If we breathe out the prison of our minds and create space for the possibility of the moment, we are free. If we let go of space that is a memory, we make space for the fulfillment of a dream. If we hold the physical space of continuum, we allow the experience to expand.
Your space is your energy.
“Even the wildest dreams have to start somewhere. Allow yourself the time and space to let your mind wander and your imagination fly.” ~ Oprah Winfrey
